How draws work

Fair automated draws in Nigeria time (NG). Staff do not manually pick winners.

All games

Winners follow published game rules and an automated draw process.
Payouts: Nigerian bank on your Hub profile — name and phone must match your bank account.
Play responsibly. For account help, use Help in the Hub after sign-in.

Tickets: Pay, then generate before sales cutoff — 6:00 PM Nigeria time.
Fees are not refundable once locked in (after you generate, or after cutoff).
Star, King, Queen, Community, and Smile tiers publish after each nightly automated draw.

Plans: Gamer, Super Gamer, and Grand Gamer (paid monthly) — see Membership in Hub for current prices.
Main winner — prize amount is set in published rules and shown on the Hub Premium board.
Pluck double: If a Grand Gamer wins main and their ticket pluck matches the week's winning pluck, the main prize doubles.
Consolation: Multiple consolation prizes each week — count and amounts shown on Hub Premium.
Each week publishes a winning pluck number and winner names (first name + last initial on public Hub feeds).

Invite only: You must be invited for a cycle — not open ticket sales.
One entry: Pay the cycle entry fee, then generate one ticket per player for that run.
Play window: On go-live day, 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM Nigeria time.
Friends: After you join, you may invite up to 2 friends new to iGame360 while the cycle is live. Referrals do not add extra draw tickets.
Community Ambassador: When both friends join and pay, you earn the badge — recognition and eligibility for Community Care nominations, not extra Select tickets.
Winners are drawn after the cycle closes and paid to your Hub bank account.

Not a ticket game: Care supports community members in need — no Daily Pot / Select tickets required to receive help.
Nominations: When a round is open, eligible Ambassadors can nominate (themselves or via a one-time share link).
Voting: The community votes for finalists; results publish on Hub → Care.
Fund size and round status are shown on Hub when a Care cycle is active.

Not a game of chance: No tickets and no luck-based draw — support for real businesses owned by active members.
Invite / nominate: Selected members answer a short business question, then may be invited to apply.
Review & vote: iGame360 reviews applications; eligible members cast one verified vote for finalists.
Awards and results publish on Hub → Biz Boost when the cycle completes.
